Terms of Service for Vegas Detailing Co.
1. Booking & Quotes All quotes provided online, via message, or over the phone are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. Vegas Detailing Co. reserves the right to adjust the final price upon in-person inspection if the vehicle requires significantly more time or product due to extreme conditions (e.g., heavy pet hair, biohazards, mold, extreme mud, or sand). We will always confirm the final price with you before beginning work.
2. Access & Working Environment As a mobile service, we require a safe, legal, and adequately sized area to perform our work. This includes sufficient space around the vehicle. If the location is deemed unsafe or violates property rules (e.g., strict apartment complexes), we may request to move the vehicle to a suitable nearby location or reschedule.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We respect your time and ask that you respect ours and our contractors'. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
4. Personal Belongings & Valuables Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and large trash items from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Vegas Detailing Co. and our contractors are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle. For liability reasons, we will not clean the inside of glove boxes or center consoles unless they are completely emptied beforehand.
5. Pre-Existing Damage Our detailing professionals will conduct a pre-wash walk-around to note any existing damage, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, peeling clear coat, torn upholstery, or loose trim. Vegas Detailing Co. is not liable for any pre-existing damage that becomes more visible after the vehicle is cleaned, nor are we responsible for faulty electrical or mechanical components.
6. Payment Terms Payment in full is due upon the completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, digital payments (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp), and cash.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the detailing service, please bring it to the attention of the detailer on-site before they leave so it can be corrected immediately.
